From Jersey City, New Jersey, Justin Ledbetter began his journey with music back in 2013, with a virtual DJ program on his college laptop. Simply mixing music of any genre together in his spare time, Justin quickly began to develop an ear for sound and would soon begin to dive into music production. Summer 2016, he made the choice to switch his career of studying acting in a very established and respectable school, to begin learning music production. After months of long days and nights, Lazy Tiger was born, and has evolved into an incredible visual and musical project.

Since then, Lazy Tiger has had numerous music releases, his debut album, ‘Autumn Rush’ in 2019, that garnered some thoughtful buzz in the music blog community, and most recently 2021’s, ‘Angel Dark Demon Bright’ EP, that was acclaimed for its mixture of organic and eastern musical influences, blended with modern electronic elements. Building up a live set, in an area where electronic DJ performances are prevalent, has caught the attention of many for its distinction. Lazy Tiger has been developing a sound mixed with electronic, hip hop, indie, soul, jazz, tv/film soundtracks, etc; all inspirations of his from other studies, careers, and passions. He trying to achieve a connection with people, not with situations, but with their dreams, aspirations, and euphoria.
