Return Policy

  • To start your return please contact info@lazytigermusic.com, with the subject, “Return Request” or “Exchange Request,” before shipping your package in order to inform us of your return. If you ship your package for a return or exchange before contacting first, it is not guaranteed your request will be processed.

  • Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of your order.

  • Buyer will cover the cost of returns, except in the event that the manufacturer and/or seller are responsible for the cause of the return or exchange.

  • Exchanges for merchandise will only be considered if the item sent was defective and/or damaged.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with tags attached. Items being returned must not be washed, worn, used, or altered in any way.

  • If your return is processed and accepted, then your refund will be processed, and will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 business days. If your refund still has not been processed within 7-10 business days, please contact info@lazytigermusic.com.

  • If your item arrived damaged, or you received an incorrect item, please send a photo to info@lazytigermusic.com for the damaged item to be verified and/or confirm which incorrect item was shipped. This will help us understand what went wrong, and to help ensure these errors will be preventable for you and future customers. Once photos are received, a return label will be issued to you via email. When the item is received here, a replacement will be shipped back to you. We are not responsible for any damages to merchandise once any item has been worn, used, or washed.

  • Lazy Tiger Music reserves the right to decline any returns and/or exchanges to merchandise that has been worn, used, washed, and does not bear an original tag.
